Donna M Knapp CPA, CFF/CITP, CVA, CFE
Is the founder of Seminar No 25. She has been a fraud fighter for over 20 years and has honed her skills and knowledge in fraud analytics, fraud examination and fraud prevention. Data is both plentiful and accessible today and we have the tools to analyze it and predict future outcomes. Her goal is to explore ways in which fraud examiners can use data to reveal important facts in a case and facilitate the prevention of fraud through predictive analytics.
Knapp holds an MBA from St. Edwards University. She is also a certified public accountant, Certified Financial Forensic, Certified Information Technology Professional, Certified Valuation Analyst and Certified Fraud Examiner. She has lead fraud examination teams and trained organizations and professionals in the prevention of fraud through fraud risk assessment. She’s written several articles for the Texas Society of CPAs and for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners community forum on Data Analysis for Forensic Accountants, Data Visualization and Link Analysis.
Knapp is presently secretary of the Austin Chapter of the ACFE
